Welcome to Corvis (corvisapp.com, the “Site”, the “app”), a service owned/run by Dreamland Soft LLC (Dreamland, “us”, “we”, “our team”). The purpose of these Terms of Service (“terms”) is to outline and disclose the information we collect, store, share, and/or use from our users (“you”, “client”, “customers”). The Corvis platform collects various types of user information including Personal and Professional Information. This information includes but is not limited to name, email, sex, birthdate, phone number, and information pertaining to your work/school. We take this information in order to help you communicate and provide you with other services such as share content.
These Terms of Service apply to any and all users of Corvis including the site and the app. The following is a list of the types of users these terms apply to:
By using the services provided by Corvis you agree to be bound by these terms regardless of whether you are using the services on behalf of yourself or on behalf of someone else including but not limited to: organizations, companies/businesses, Educational Institutions (including schools, universities) and other individuals. Furthermore you should only use Corvis, hence agree to the terms, if you are not barred by any applicable laws from doing so. The terms may change at our discretion and it is the sole responsibility of the visitor/user to reread the terms in such an event.
Our platform enables users to directly message other users who may be part of their organization and/or social circle. In order to access the services we provide, visitors accessing the app must register and become users. During the registration process they are required to submit their Personal Information including name, email, birthdate, sex, and phone number. They are also required to provide certain Professional Information, which we use in order to build a Directory for them. This Professional Information can include your place of work/education, work email, department, role, etc. Once a user is registered they must login before they can begin to use the messaging/communication services.
Our platform allows users to sell or buy items to each other. Please note, like the rest of our platform, visitors must first register in order to become users. Once they become users, they can then access the ‘Bazaar’ or ‘Marketplace’ section(s) of the app. Please note that if you choose to use this section of the app you must do so by following all applicable federal and local laws. Furthermore, we do not permit the same of Firearms, Drugs (including Alcohol), or animals through our platform. Please note, that you are not permitted to sell items that have been stolen or obtained through illegal means. Additionally, if certain items are illegal to purchase/sell based on your current country of residence they are strictly prohibited from being sold over the Corvis platform. If we deem any item you are selling to violate these principles we have the right to remove them without warning to you. Furthermore, we may remove other items that are permitted on our platform if we deem them to be inappropriate for any reason without warning.
Registration is free of charge for all users and although we do not charge the users themselves there may be fees that your organization/company/business/school/university pays. These fees depend on the type and content of our agreement with the institution. As a user you will never be asked by us to pay a fee for our services.
The software, proprietary methods, systems and algorithms that are in place on the website are:
(i) copyrighted by us and/or our licensors under the United States and international copyright laws;
(ii) subject to other intellectual property and proprietary rights and laws;
(iii) owned by us or our licensors. Our Technology may not be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, posted,
transmitted, sold, offered for sale, or redistributed in any way without our prior written permission and the prior
written permission of our applicable licensors. You are required to abide by all copyright notices, information,
and/or restrictions contained in any of the technology or tools that are used by our site and services.
In regards to the content of the messages or communications that you submit for using the Corvis platform, it is the user’s sole responsibility to review them for any potential copyright infringement, plagiarism, and/or illegal speech. Corvis and its staff are not responsible for any violations of copyright or plagiarism and/or illegal speech committed by the user in any communication that they submit. Our role merely involves relaying your communication through the proper channel so that it arrives to the proper individual. We do not moderate or verify the accuracy or legality of what you submit.

Our goal is to foster a discussion not malign or bully any individual or group and we expect the same from our users. Hate speech or any speech that discriminates against an individual/group on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, age, veteran status, disability unrelated to job requirements, genetic information, military service, or other protected status will not be tolerated and will be considered a violation of the Terms of Service.

Rest assured that everything you submit to us is encrypted and securely stored based on standard industry procedures.
Content from external websites, apps, services, products, and social media may be visible to you through our website. By having that content we are in no way endorsing it nor do we specifically make any claims or guarantees on that content. We are not responsible for that content, as some of it is not operated by us. These Terms apply only to the content that we provide and not content that is controlled or provided by third parties.
If Corvis becomes aware of any action that goes against the Terms of Service then your account and all information within your account can be terminated at our discretion. Furthermore we also reserve the right to suspend or end the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
As data and technology are always changing, we strive to be ahead of the curve. Therefore we are constantly updating our Terms and Policies in order to reflect the substantial changes that are happening. Given the frequency of these changes, we do not send out communications for every change. Therefore it is the sole responsibility of the visitor and/or user to review the Terms and Policies prior to using the website and/or app. The changes may be made without announcement; however, whenever we make a change to any Terms and Policies documentation we will write the date of the revision.
If you something is changed and you do not agree with it, we recommend you reach out to us and let us know. Furthermore it is up to the user and/or visitor to cease access and use of the site/app and its services if they are in disagreement with what the user wants or believes.
